Opwekking 2026 Promotion Terms – Basic Media

1. Participation
   1.1. By participating in this promotion, the participant gives Basic Media permission to contact them and provide a non-binding quotation for building or renewing a website.
   
   1.2. Participation is open to churches, Christian organisations and foundations.
   
   1.3. You can register using the official registration form on the Basic Media website or by emailing info@basicmedia.nl.
   
   1.4. The promotion runs from Tuesday 19 May 2026 up to and including Tuesday 26 May 2026.

2. Selection and announcement of the winner
   2.1. Basic Media selects one winner who will receive a free website design.
   
   2.2. The decision of Basic Media is final. No correspondence will be entered into regarding the result.
   
   2.3. The winner will be notified personally by email on Saturday 30 May 2026.
   
   2.4. All participants will receive a non-binding quotation with a 10% discount on a new website.

3. What does the prize include?
   3.1. The winner receives a free design for a basic website, tailored to the wishes of the church, foundation or organisation.
   
   3.2. By a basic website, we mean a standard website structure for a church or foundation, for example with pages such as home, calendar, news, contact and information pages.
   
   3.3. If additional functionality is required, such as custom modules, integrations, extensive forms, booking systems, webshops or other technical extensions, an additional quotation will be prepared in consultation.
   
   3.4. After delivery, a reduced non-profit rate of €15 per month applies. This amount includes hosting, a domain name, security, updates and technical support.
   
   3.5. With this non-profit rate, Basic Media is among the most affordable web companies in the Netherlands for churches and foundations.
   
   3.6. The winner has the right to decline the offer. Participation in this promotion remains entirely without obligation.
   
   3.7. Every participant receives a 10% discount on a new website, regardless of whether they win.
   
   3.8. The participating organisation supplies the texts, images and content for the website itself, unless other arrangements are made.
   
   3.9. Technical management of the website is provided by Basic Media.
   
   3.10. Designing a logo or complete visual identity is not included as standard in this promotion, but can be discussed as an additional service.

4. Terms and restrictions
   4.1. The prize cannot be exchanged for cash or other services.
   
   4.2. Participants must provide correct and up-to-date contact details.
   
   4.3. Basic Media reserves the right to change, extend or terminate the promotion at any time without giving a reason.
   
   4.4. Basic Media reserves the right to refuse applications that do not fit within the services or vision of Basic Media.
