We aim to process personal data within the European Economic Area (EEA).
A service provider we use may process data outside the EEA. If this happens, we ensure that there is a valid legal basis and, where required, appropriate safeguards for the protection of personal data.
10. Cookies and Matomo Analytics
Our website uses technical and functional tools that are necessary for the website to function properly.
We also use a self-hosted installation of Matomo Analytics to understand how our website is used. We use these statistics to improve our website and services.
We configure Matomo in a privacy-friendly way and do not use the collected statistics for advertising profiles or commercial tracking by third parties.
If, in the future, we use cookies or similar technologies for which prior consent is legally required, we will only use them after consent has been given.
You can also delete or block cookies through your browser settings. Please note that this may cause certain parts of a website to function less effectively.

We do not use AI chatbots or other AI systems that communicate independently with visitors on this website.
We do not provide personal data to AI systems unnecessarily. Where personal data is processed when using an AI service, we assess which privacy rules and appropriate safeguards apply.
